My condo is on the first canal in from Tampa Bay and you can see the sun rise over the bay from the bedroom window. Nearly everything in the condo is brand new and comfortable. The kitchen and laundry have new SS appliances and ivory painted maple cabinets with Corian counters. The living room and both bedrooms (2Q) have all new furnishings and bedding. The bathroom has a new, tiled walk-in shower. The patio is huge with a glass-top umbrella table for four, 2 lounge chairs, 2 rattan chairs, side tables and a gas grill. I have 1 bike for your use as well. The sun sets on my patio providing the most pleasant evenings.You can fish right off the seawall in front of the patio. I am a two minute walk from the Yacht Club pool and 5 minute walk to everything else. There is walking and biking throughout the complex and on neighboring streets outside the gates.
Waterside at Coquina Key is a quiet, beautifully landscaped, gated community with truly outstanding amenities, including 2 large beautiful pools, a hot tub, fishing docks, tennis, basketball, volleyball, yacht club bar and indoor gym. Waterside is a community within a SE St. Pete neighborhood so you will need a car to access shops and other Tampa/St.Pete attractions. Downtown St. Pete is just a 3 mile drive and our world-renowned Gulf Beaches are an easy 20 min. drive.
Family and friends of all ages who visit me at Waterside totally love the community and the amenities. Once you bring in some groceries, you really never have to leave.
