Our Condo:
This fully furnished and newly painted condo is on the 1st floor with a large patio overlooking the canal. It is a corner unit which brings more privacy, and better view from the patio. it has new vinyl flooring throughout. Both Bedrooms have queen-size beds. One has a desk which is great for remote working.
The condo includes wifi, Nest Thermostat, keyless smart locks and basic cable, great storage, stacked washer/dryer, linens and towels (bath and beach).
What makes this condo special?
This corner unit gives you great privacy and canal view (you get to see dolphins as you have your morning coffee or your evening aperitif!)
It is only a 2 minute walk to the heated pool, hot tub, fishing pier and yacht club bar!
The rental includes 2 new Wilderness kayaks, 2 beach bikes, pickle-ball and tennis rackets, basketball and volleyball balls as well as 2 bbq grills (gas and charcoal). There are also plants with various flowers or edible herbs that may show a need of watering love :-)

About Waterside South:
Waterside South is a resort-style Condominium that has a 24hr on site security. It is 10 minutes from downtown and 15 minutes from the beach! Best of all worlds!

Sports: Tennis courts with pickleball, Basketball courts, Volleyball courts and Fitness center
Other Activities: 2 pools (one heated with Bay views), Hot tub, Recreation Center with wifi, pool table and library, Yacht club Bar overlooking the fishing pier, 3 miles of walking trail, shuffleboard, horseshoe and cornhole games.
Requirements for rental approval:
- Sales Tax (7% Florida 6% Pinellas County) to be added to monthly rental for booking less that 6 months.
- Rental Agreement signed at the time of reservation.
- Condo Association application ($100).

- Cleaning ($150)

- Month to month lease (venmo or PayPal)
- One month deposit check provided at reservation which will be returned at the end of the stay. |
